officers received multiple locations as to where burchett was possibly located…..scottsville police k-nine as well as allen county sheriff k-nine located a scent and was
able to track burchett to the franklin road area….he was later apprehended in the oliver street area and arrested without indicdnt…..
burchett was lodged in the allen county detention center charged with wanton endangerment-enhancement, fleeing or evading and possession of a hand gun by
a convicted felon……
