hutchins was observed leaving his apartment complex and officers attempted to block his vehicle….he avoided them by driving on a sidewalk and through
landscaping….after striking a passenger car and pick-up on russellville roadhe fled on foot before being apprehended….
a search warrant was obtained for hutchins’ residence where power fentanyl, ammunition and a hand gun were seized….another hand gun was located in his car and
830-dollars cash was found on hutchins……..
